So often, I've found, that when people stop to set goals or make their dream boards/vision boards there's an energy of chaos around it. A lack of direction and clarity on where one is intending to point their ship. Without a clear destination how DOES someone know where to point their ship?

>>Guided reflection and gratitude for where we have been and where we are currently as it will reveal to us clearly where we want to head in this year ahead.

>>A deep dive & exploration into the ONE WORD of the year that will align and ground you in that core purpose and point you in the direction that you truly want to go.

>>A brain dump in several key components of our life that we hope to grow -- moving from gratitude to intention/goal setting. These areas include Faith - Family - Health - Hobbies - Wealth - Self Care - Community - and more.

>>A crash course in mindfulness and manifesting. Learning how to move through the day to lean into that neuroplasticity of our brains to tap into the law of attraction. What we focus on E X P A N D S - so we will harness that power.

>>Identifying short and long term goals and having some fun with crazy audacious huge ones too!

>>Community building and learning the power of stating goals out loud and how we can serve as the connective tissue for one another.

>>Creative time to build and craft our VISION BOARDS using magazines & glue - or electronically on my favorite online tools.

What you should bring with you…

What to bring -- basic art supplies will be provided, but bring a pair of scissors, any extra magazines, photos, computer and a journal!!

Provided -- basic art supplies (glue sticks, hot glue gun, poster boards, markets, etc), snacks and beverages, guided instruction and even a couple prize drawings!!

COST -- we are committed to making this accessible to all so cost is only $5 a person

Payment in advance only -- spaces are limited and supplies will need to be purchased
