“Oh, but darling—what if you fly?”

I’ve asked myself that question more than once.

And the truth?
I never set out to become a full-time wellness entrepreneur, hormone health educator, retreat host, or leader of a 4,000+ member community.

But one day, I decided I was done feeling stuck in a body that didn’t feel like mine.
I was done shrinking my dreams.
Done waiting for “the right time.”

That decision became the spark.
The moment I stopped outsourcing my joy—and started reclaiming my wellness.

✨ From Burnout to Becoming

I had spent over a decade as a school counselor—supporting others while slowly losing myself in the process. On the surface, I was thriving. But underneath, I was unraveling.
The stress, pressure, and burnout caught up with me.
Then came 2020.

I lost my soul dog.
My marriage ended.
My health collapsed.
I was left navigating profound grief, adrenal failure, hormone dysfunction, and an identity crisis—all at once.

That was the breaking point.
And, eventually, the breakthrough.

With time (and a whole lot of unlearning), I began to heal—through functional medicine, trauma work, nervous system repair, mineral-rich nutrition, and clean, intentional living.
I moved to a rescue farm in Vermont.
I rebuilt my business from the ground up.
And I returned to myself.

🌼 What I Do Now

Today, I guide other women through the kind of healing I had to fight for:
Simple. Sustainable. Rooted in truth.

Through:

  • 1:1 mentorship and coaching

  • Clean, third-party-tested supplements from my partner brand, Hugh & Grace

  • Daily wellness education around hormone, adrenal, gut, and nervous system health

  • A supportive and heart-led advocate community

  • And transformational retreats through Heart & Sol Adventures

My work now lives at the intersection of science and soul, wellness and purpose, healing and leadership.

Whether you’re here for your health, your business, or a full-body “something has to change”…
You’re welcome here.
