oh but darling what if you fly

In case you are new to my energy space; a bit about me. I started my coaching career (I'd been a school counselor for 12 years up till then) over 10 years ago because I love being healthy and fit and helping OTHERS feel strong, beautiful, healthy, energized, empowered, and confident about themselves. The vehicle to that is through their health and mindset -- it's been a growth-oriented journey for which I have immense gratitude. This dream/career has evolved in recent years (specifically this one) as I continue to navigate my OWN health + wellness (it's always a moving target; that's life) while also continually advocating for the health of others simultaneously!

My shifting health needs have shown me how fragile life can be and I am digging into a bigger conversation around health that encompasses hormone, gut, and nervous system health in partnership with the total body fitness + nutrition I always have! It has been a transformative step in myself as a person - mentor - woman - leader - partner - and advocate!

I love every single aspect of this new chapter of my life in Vermont with my rescue zoo of animals (it expanded to feathered and hooved members this summer!!) and the business partnership in my career with Hugh & Grace and all the incredible people it’s bringing to my world -- like YOURSELF!! We are talking about healing our bodies, repairing the nervous system, and navigating the realities of hormone health at ANY age (including our kids!). It's been so fun to help my clients feel GOOD in this season of life without guilt or shame.
