MUSCLE BURNS FAT (MBF)?

MUSCLE BURNS FAT is comprised of two FULL 3-week programs, Muscle Burns Fat™ and Muscle Burns Fat Advanced™ designed to be done back-to-back.
Designed to help you get lean, strong, and healthy as you ignite your metabolism and incinerate fat. You’ll work out every day for 3 weeks with an effective combination of 25- to 35-minute strength-training and cardio workouts. The goal is to get toned, tight, and ready to blast into the next 3 weeks of #mbfa, where you'll dial-up the intensity, & challenges to push you harder for an even greater total-body transformation.

WE KNOW RESULTS ARE IMPORTANT

Ya’ll these are WEEK 3 results!

Imagin yourself after WEEK 6!!! Time will fly while you’re rockin’ this program. You’ll enjoy every moment with Super Trainer Megan Davies! You’ll Strength train Monday, Wednesday, and Friday, which includes asymmetrical moves where you’ll use one weight instead of two. Cardio workouts are Tuesday and Thursday ( there’s minimal cardio! WOHOOO!). AMRAPs (as many rounds as possible) that incorporate the BOD Rope. Saturday workouts also feature EMOMs (every minute on the minute) that will push you to give everything you’ve got. Sunday recovery workouts will stretch and revitalize your muscles so you’re rested and ready to rock the Monday workou.

Who is Megan Davies?

Super Trainer Megan Davies is my FAVORITE trainer! Her energy is amazing - she’s not in your face or demeaning, but she’s not overly happy and annoying either! You will be obsessed with her style & energy too!

Megan began her career as a personal trainer in college. She then spent years training clients and expanding her skills, earning certifications from the NSCA and the Fitness Institute International, and opening her own gym. After winning the Beachbody fitness reality show, THE 20s, Megan was chosen as the next Beachbody Super Trainer to create her first program, Clean Week.

What is recommended Nutritionally while doing MBF?

The human body is unbelievably complex, as are its daily nutritional needs. To take on the MBF workouts, and continue to change for the better, the body needs optimal nutrition. MBF comes with both our portion control macros nutrition meal plan, and our more in intuitive mindful eating nutrition program!
